Pack with Lori: Palm Springs
Lori is heading on vacation to Palm Springs. Get a behind the scenes look at what shoes and clothing she's packing, and how she's styling everything.
Packing efficiently is key, so when it comes to shoes I want styles that can be interchanged with different outfits.
A black sandal is a staple that everyone needs in their shoe closet. This style from Jeffrey Campbell is not only good looking, but the molded footbed offers all day comfort. I love this shoe with shorts, jeans, and even casual dresses.
We can't talk about comfortable shoes without mentioning 4CCCCEES. If you haven't tried the brand yet, let me just tell you it is a must for comfortable, head turning sandals. These will be my go to for walking around and exploring the city.
Brown has been the color that everybody is asking for, and brown continues as a major trend for Spring. These L'idea leather sandals are simple and sophisticated. I styled them with an easy straight leg jean and my favorite new blouse from Sanctuary. Adding a brown belt pulls the look together.
These my be my favorite L'idea sandal of this season. I love the simplicity of a "barely there" sandal. The gold toe ring detail adds a touch of shine that makes these extra special.
I decided to pair these sandals with a new pant from Pistola Denim. I love how the cuffed bottom perfectly showcases the sandals. This gorgeous printed blouse from Greylin feels very "Palm Springs" to me, and the colors work great with the sandals and pants.
Another shoe obsession of mine! I am in love with this pump from Nova Roma. The high cut vamp is flattering on nearly every foot, and the low heel makes them easy to wear. I love how the elongated, snip toe peaks out of a long jean.
For this look, I love the juxtaposition of a slightly distressed jean (this one is the Hendrix from Pistola) with this very sophisticated shoe and vest. I always love linen for warm weather. The high cut neck of this vest from Heartloom adds interest to the outfit.
